Patti brings over 25 years of experience leading global software development teams across Windows, Web, Mobile, and Cloud platforms. With a background in software development and expertise in business analysis, user experience, and product development, she has excelled at all stages of the development process, from requirements gathering to final delivery. Patti is proficient in both agile and waterfall methodologies, having managed teams that delivered continuously to production and balanced internal agile practices with external waterfall deadlines. A Certified Scrum Master and Product Owner, she has mentored and trained teams to improve efficiency, successfully coaching a struggling development team to deliver four consecutive high-quality, on-time releases. Patti is skilled in resource allocation, risk management, and organizing complex projects, empowering teams to tackle challenges confidently and consistently deliver exceptional results.

Joe Brutto

CTO & Chief Architect

With decades of experience, Joe Brutto leads technology strategy and innovation at Sofina Solutions, ensuring that every solution aligns with the company’s vision for scalability, efficiency, and client success. As CTO, Joe is responsible for overseeing the development of complex architectures, guiding the technical roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration of cloud infrastructures with legacy systems to deliver robust, scalable solutions. His expertise in systems thinking enables him to design and manage systems capable of processing millions of transactions per minute on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

Prior to joining Sofina Solutions, Joe founded Version 42 Software, where he built high-speed, large-scale systems across both cloud and on-premise environments. In addition to his role in setting Sofina’s technology direction, Joe leads DevOps practices, implementing tools such as Terraform, Chef, and Puppet to streamline deployment and enhance operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has served as a lead architect and engineer, consistently delivering cutting-edge systems for internal teams and clients alike, establishing himself as a visionary in enterprise architecture and systems integration.

Bob Traweek brings over 20 years of experience driving financial performance and operational excellence in leadership roles across several industries. As a seasoned executive, Bob is known for his expertise in strategic financial planning, process optimization, and fostering collaborative partnerships with customers and vendors. Before joining Sofina, Bob served at B. Braun Medical Inc., where he held senior roles, including Sr. Director of Sourcing and Procurement. He holds a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Logistics, International Business, and Japanese, along with multiple professional certifications, including Kaizen facilitation.
